Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Fees : We offer free shipping all across India.
  • International Shipping : The shipping fee for International orders is INR 3000. 
  • Estimated time required for completion of order : All garments listed on the website are made-to-order, thus a minimum of 2 to 3 working weeks is required for the dispatch. However, under any circumstances there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you by e-mail. We do not offer a refund/ cancellation of order for the same. 
  • Tracking : We will send you an email, once your order is ready to dispatch and will also provide the courier tracking details to you.
  • Also be aware that all shipments to any Hotels/ Colleges/ Schools/ Hostels/ Corporates are placed at the customer’s risk. Under no circumstances will we attempt a re-shipment of the same order.
  • Address change request : You can request an address change request within 48 hours of placing your order on contact.krupakapadia@gmail.com and we will do the needful.

  • Additional duties / taxes : International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility. Incase you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis which will be borne by you.
